My daughter is interested in a used car from this dealership. I filled out the form online and a salesperson called me. I explained that she was a student and had limited income and was interested in the car that was 12000. He tried to sell me a newer module that was twice the cost. He asked about biweekly payments and said they would be similar only for 7 years instead of a shorter term. I did not mention what kind of payments she was looking for, as I already knew they would try and upsell her for a longer time at the same payment. I have had 4 calls now, no one wants to discuss the car she would like to buy, they keep trying to sell other vehicles. They are not listening and I’m very frustrated. I question if they even have the 2016 for sale or if they use that as a hook to get calls and then convince people to buy a new car for the same payments. I did tell the last caller thatI had better not get another call unless it’s about the car she is interested in. They are not at all listening and being respectful of what I’m saying.

Saint John Nissan: take your Rogue in for a wiring harness recall check and accept a “complimentary” 27 point inspection, leave their lot and your engine stalls repeatedly on Rothesay Avenue (Shannon is lucky she didn’t get rear ended)… expect you to pay $1000+ for a “faulty” mass air flow sensor… I don’t think so… we weren’t born yesterday. p.s. Air sensor located right next to engine air filter they had apart.

Salesman and sales manager dishonest. - rippedoff715

Salesman offered me a car for $5000 plus tax. I took the car for test drive,then came back and agreed to bye it at the previously quoted price. At this point he informed me that he added on a $500 fee. I told him that he should honor the quote that he had given to me 20 minutes earlier. He then tried to pressure me by telling me he had someone else coming in that evening to look at the same car. He would not sell it to me for the price he had quoted. The sales manager called me later that evening to tell me that he had the car 95% sold to someone else before I even took the car for test drive. They were coming to see the car just before closing. If I would have agreed to pay the $500 that was added on,they would have sold it to me.
